Checkitout

July 13th, 2003Site

Today I decided to give the site design a refresh with new colors. Definitely a more happy, light feel than the browns. I’m liking it. Nothing should be broken, but let me know if you notice anything. That is all.

Retro2 Design

Update: I tweaked the colors again, using some tans instead of greys for the boxes. It’s warmer and not as harsh of a change this way. Your further input is appreciated. :-)

    BRING BACK BROWNS!!! ;)

just kidding it's cool… it looks a little bit surgical and hygienic though. I think the browns were a more organic whole.

I also like the new colors - but I agree - the browns looked better. This is a great change for the summer, but I think I like color backgrounds better than a whole lot of white.

Anyway, great job, as always seems to be the case. Keep up the good work!

the white scared me when I first saw it. it does look cool, but i'm with the brown crowd. fool.

dan, it's not white anymore. the background is tan, and the boxen are darker tans.

i'm glad the brown was so popular, but the lighter colors are staying for now. :-P

I like the slightly off white background like it is now.. or is it just my powerbook.. could be.. but it seems nicer today than it did yesterday. BTW > Matt is my name.. no SMTP server at work sigh

Yeah, as I said above, I did tweak the colors away from the original white/grey to more of tan variants. I'm happier with it this way.

And thanks for clearing up the name confusion. You're linked now. :-)
